Returns and Exchanges Policy

At the How to Kill a Superhero Store, we want you to have the best enjoyment of products.

What items are returnable?

• Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment

• Items must be In original condition

• For garments: unwashed and Unworn. This means that trying on the garment on for size is fine, but if it has been worn and used beyond trying it on, it cancels the return.

• In the original packaging 

What items are non-refundable?

• Free gifts or promotional items

Are there any charges for return?

• We offers free returns for United States customers. 

• Sales for international orders are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.

How do I return?

• To start your return, please contact us and include your order number.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Once we review, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
